One Thing I Don't Love....

are those blasted little word verification things to decipher, type correctly and hope you don't get timed out as the computer decides if your interpretation is worthy enough.

I know why you have them. I understand.

But my loving stops there. Apparently, I do not have the bottomless pit I was aiming for.

Have a nice weekend.

I have loved all your love letters this week! Unfortunately you will have to continue to slog through my word verification doodad because I don't love nasty people and I make people prove they are not nasty by deciphering wavy letters!

Happy love week to you!

Yes, yes- those things make me feel inept in such an odd area.

I've been enjoying your letters too. What I don't love about those is when firefox 'remembers' what I have typed in one previously and then I can't see to type what's there now! (Did that make sense?)

I don't them the either but I have one one mine for a little while because I have been getting weird comments, I will take it off soon, sorry!

So a week of comment love got to you huh? Your letters were beautiful reads.

I despise the word verification thingies, especially with the typepad blogs. I usually have to retype them 2 or 3 times because I can't see them. Those automated robots they're trying to trick must be smarter than me!

I feel I spend more time deciphering than I do on the comment. They don't like me and I end up typing it in several times. Blast!

Perfect post to end your week of love. This is the true Lucy I love. Those verification things are so annoying.

It seems like more people have moved to word verification lately. Or is it just me? It seriously slows down the commenting.

I'm just happy to get a comment--I mean, who really is worried about mass amounts of spamming comments coming into their blog. :)

I have been hesitant to post this very thing. I HATE THEM! Nothing like making you feel dumb.... can I not read or not type? I'm not sure but I think I throw a fist up in victory if I get them right on the first try.

Amen. (Although I was guilty for a while). And I second Naomi!

i know how you feel about this! and funny to read seeing as i just added this feature today after having several spam comments on my blog this week. they really got my hopes up for nothing...a new comment! someone made a visit. oh wait, just a loser ivan or maliebel who want me to visit "here." i couldn't handle being let down anymore.
