In the LDS faith, we believe turning twelve is a big deal. That is the age when a worthy young man receives the priesthood. Seth was ordained and set apart as a deacon today. His father set him apart but with him in the priesthood circle was his grandfather, his uncle, his cousin, the bishop and a member of the bishopric. It was a wonderful mama moment.
We also believe that this priesthood came directly from Jesus Christ. Each man has a line of authority that can be traced back to Him.

Fun pics of Seth! What a great day :)
What a handsome kid!
I think it's great that you posted the line of authority. It's amazing to see that it really isn't that many steps to trace back to Jesus Christ.
LOVE the pictures! What a big moment in Seth's life and I love that you showed his line of authority.
He sure is growing up. And looking handsome, too. :)
